The Destiny 2 Leviathan's Breath is the first heavy bow in the game, and it definitely delivers on that fantasy. Its draw time is mighty slow - that string looks like the chain from a chainsaw, after all - and it can only hold 10 arrows, but those arrows deal big damage and create a huge knockback effect. This makes Leviathan's Breath incredibly fun to use, and you don't have to work too hard to get it. Here's how to get Leviathan's Breath in Destiny 2. How to find Banshee's workshop and start 'Make Bows, Not War'. Start the quest for Leviathan's Breath by talking to Banshee, the gunsmith in the Tower.
The Arms Dealer is a Strike in Destiny 2 set on Earth. The Strike is directed by Zavala, Cayde-6 and Suraya Hawthorne and tasks the Guardians with tracking down Bracus Zahn, a Cabal weapons supplier who is manufacturing weapons for the Red Legion. Join a Destiny 2 Discord server, like the DestinyTheGame subreddit Discord, and look for groups there. Step 3: Imperial Invitation/The Arms Dealer Speak to Benedict 99-40, in the West part of the.
He'll tell you to sniff out his workshop, which is located in the hangar section of the Tower. Head to the hangar, hang a right and take the scaffolding up to the top, then follow it around to the Future War Cult lobby. Look for another bit of scaffolding to the left which heads back to the heart of the Tower, then take the vents connected to it. Follow the GIF above if you get lost.Once you reach the workshop and retrieve the Exotic quest step 'Make Bows, Not War,' speak to Banshee again. He'll tell you to generate a new code to unlock his workshop display case. To do so, you'll need to complete Strikes, Gambit matches, Nightfall Strikes, or Gambit Prime matches. Each activity generates different amounts of data, but the fastest and easiest way to complete this step is to run two 950 Power Nightfall Strikes.
If your Power isn't quite up to snuff for the 950 version, you could always run a few 920 Nightfalls, or just grind some Gambit Prime. How to Kill 100 Vex or CabalOnce you generate the key, you'll need to kill 100 Vex or Cabal with bow headshots. There are two good ways to do this. Firstly, you can take a bow into the Vex Offensive, which is crawling with Vex to shoot. This will also let you double-dip on the bow kill Triumph for this activity. However, the wonky hit registration for Vex Goblin and Hobgoblin weak points can make it difficult to get precision kills. If you want the absolute fastest method for bow kills, load up the original Leviathan raid on Nessus and proceed to the Castellum.
Look for the plate surrounded by Cabal and stand on it to trigger the encounter. Normal Cabal will spawn indefinitely, allowing you to rack up 100 kills with very little effort.
How to complete the Arms Dealer StrikeNow for the last step: a custom version of the Arms Dealer Strike. Load it up in the EDZ and proceed as normal - there's nothing special about the Strike apart from the final boss fight. Missiles will target you throughout the fight, and dunking the solar orbs to remove the boss's shield will trigger a stun effect.
This makes the fight more annoying, but it's still pretty easy. Besides, you can bypass the whole thing by melting the boss as you ride the final elevator upward.Voila! Return to Banshee, follow the same path back to his workshop in the hangar, and claim your Leviathan's Breath. That wasn't too bad, was it?
Destiny 2 World-Eater is a mysterious quest you can pick up as you begin to delve into the end game that leads to unlocking the Legend of AcriusExotic weapon.
You need a bit of luck to see it start, and part of unlocking it is completing the Leviathan Raid - so hope you had a team with you willing to help you along the way.
How do you start the Destiny 2 World-Ender Quest
Unlike certain other Exotic weapon quests - such as the Rat King or Mida Multi-Tool - starting the World-Eater quest has a degree of randomness to it.
First, you need to kill Cabal until one drops an item named On the Comms. It appears that any Cabal will do, and though most people find it during in a Patrol activity, it could also drop in a Strike, too.
Another possible requirement could be having to finish the game's story first, according to DeadKeybladeHero on the Destiny subreddit and this explainer video by MisterBo:
Destiny 2 World-Ender quest steps to unlock the Legend of Acrius
Once you have the On the Comms item, you can make a start on the World-Eater questline. You can see this in your Power weapon slot, telling you to:
- 'Return to Nessus and recover communication ciphers from Red Legion troops' (out of 5)
To cover these 'communication ciphers', you must kill Cabal, who will from begin to drop them at random at a reasonably low drop rate. Any Cabal from any activity should grant you these items, but to be safe we stuck to Nessus.
Where are the Red Legion on Nessus? In the south west The Cistern area. Roam around and you can find them out in the open, but if you're stuck, try the lone Lost Sector there, as well as the Invitation from the Emperor Adventure to also learn some interesting backstory for the Raid and its possible cast.
Once you have all five, the quest will then update. Prior to the Leviathan Raid unlocking, this was called the Await the World-Eater quest step, but is now named Destroyer of Worlds. Complete the Raid to complete it, which our Leviathan guide can help you with.
In 2020, we've seen several new additions - from the Empyrean Foundation taking us up to new Season of the Worthy Exotics, new Powerful and Pinnacle Gear and new ways to earn it. Earlier in the year, we've seen the recent arrival of the Garden of Salvation raid challenges, and elsewhere in Year 3 Armor 2.0, K1 Logistics, K1 Revelation, K1 Crew Quarters and K1 Communion locations. There are also several new weapon quests, including the Deathbringer quest, Divinity quest, Leviathan's Breath quest and Xenophage quest. The Trials of Osiris have also returned. We also have a list of our best Destiny 2 weapons recommendations, which includes Jotunn and Le Monarque.
Once you take down the final boss of the Raid, you'll receive a new item, which gives you the End the Arms Dealer quest step:
- Complete Strike Quest: The Arms Dealer in EDZ.
Unlike other Strikes, this allows you to select the Strike from inside the EDZ Patrol as part of the questline. It has a recommended Power level of 300, and comes with a time limit to make your life is a little more difficult, but you can extend it by shooting blue Anomaly orbs that appear throughout the Strike, adding 30 seconds to your timer.
You can watch a full playthrough of the Strike, as well as the subsequent steps, in this video by Unknown Player:
Once you have done the Strike, it will update to Back to the Bazaar, which has you speak to Benedict 99-40 who will give you the Legend of Acrius weapon. Huzzah!
Though you have the weapon, there is more still to do. The quest now updates to the Cabal Killer, which all must be performed with your newly received Legend of Acrius weapon.
- Objective 1: Eliminate Cabal (out of 25)
- Objective 2: Eliminate Cabal at close range (out of 15)
- Objective 3: Eliminate multiple Cabal without reloading (out of 10)

Anywhere in the game, and in any activity, you can complete the above - as long as it's with the Acrius weapon.
Next you have to complete His Highness's Seal, which has you complete bosses in the Raid for Emperor Seals. Each one completed gives you a Seal, and you need 10 in total.
Following this is the final quest step to complete the Raid on Prestige difficulty. Doing so will give you the Exotic Ornament 'The Emperor's Pleasure' for Legend of Acrius. Here's a video by K1LL SW1TCH 64 showing it in action:
As a recap, it's an Arc Exotic Shotgun with the Shock Blast perk that delivers a healthy dose of Arc damage, and the last of the four Exotic weapon quests found in Destiny 2 - unless Bungie has hidden away more to be revealed in the days and weeks to come.
This isn't the first Exotic weapon to be tied to Raid progress. In Destiny's second major expansion Rise of Iron, Outbreak Prime featured multiple steps involving completing the Raid in order to unlock it, and it appears that Destiny 2 is doing something similar.
Locking an Exotic weapon behind an end-game activity is arguably a little unfair for those players who can't or don't want to play it, but it also gives those keen to replay the Raid something extra to unlock.
