Director Jonathan Lynn had known Curry since high school and personally asked him to join the cast.Now: Curry is well-known for roles in 'Home Alone 2: Lost in New York' and 'Congo.' These days he sticks to voiceover work, providing his talents to 'Young Justice' and 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars.' Christopher Lloyd, Professor Plum. Then: The former star of the beloved television series 'Taxi,' Christopher Lloyd gave us two outstanding and classic performances in 1985: Professor Plum in 'Clue,' and Doc Brown in 'Back to the Future.'
Now: Lloyd went on to star in both 'Addams Family' movies as Uncle Fester, and his long and varied resume includes appearances on recent shows like 'Psych,' 'Raising Hope' and 'Fringe.' He frequently appears on stage, and played Azdak in 'The Caucasian Chalk Circle' at New York City's Classic Stage Company in 2013. Michael McKean, Mr. Then: Known best for his role on 'Laverne and Shirley' as Squiggy's friend Lenny, a character he created himself, McKean also starred in and co-wrote 'This Is Spinal Tap' the year before being cast in 'Clue' as Mr. Green.Now: McKean has starred in several ensemble comedy films for writer/director Christopher Guest, including 'A Mighty Wind' and 'Best in Show.' He currently stars on Guest's HBO comedy series 'Family Tree.' McKean is married to fellow actress Annette O'Toole.

Before becoming an actor, Mull was a painter and musician, and had opened for Randy Newman, Bruce Springsteen and Frank Zappa.Now: Mull went on to play Roseanne's gay boss on the sitcom 'Roseanne,' and in recent years has appeared on 'Reno 911' and 'Psych.' Carrie Fischer of 'Star Wars' fame was director Jonathan Lynn's first choice for the role of Miss Scarlet, but when Fischer had to go to rehab just four days before filming, she was replaced by Warren.Now: Warren had memorable performances in '90s films 'Pure Country,' 'Color of Night' and 'The Limey.' Recently she's had recurring roles on 'Desperate Housewives' and 'In Plain Sight.'
